Happy Birthday David. Sunny. We headed on the eastern side of Zarembo Island to make calls and email on our outboard motor parts and everyone else went down the west side of the island. The Island has been logged and it looks like there are lots of roads and settlements on it. Roosevelt Hbr has a good dock and trucks parked at the top of the ramp. There were two large boats anchored in the bay as well. As we get around the corner and off Stikine Strait to Clarence there are lots of fish boats off the point. So we are jogging around nets and buoys. It’s a great trip with whales and the sun, wind and waves on our back. There’s a sweet smell in the air as well. North on Behm Canal to Yes Bay (“yas” is the Indian word for mussels), and there are lots of them and pop weed on the shores. After fourteen hours of travelling we are all tired.
